Yes I would. It doesn't matter if I know them or not as long as I get a clean ref or screencap of them.
No I would not. I don't know the character so I won't draw them in case I do it wrong.
Maybe. If I knew the show/book/whatever but just not that one character then maybe I would.

- Overload it with.... well, everything!
- Write the text with a mouse, and make it so tiny that nobody can read anything.
- Put too few examples on it.
- Use obnoxious patterns and colliding colors.
- Upload it in a 300x200px resolution.
